Obviously one of the major concerns for people while they are away is the security of their home. Having a house sitter is a major deterrent for potential burglars as we ensure your property is well maintained and you don't need to worry about what you've forgotten to do, for instance, "have I turned the oven off?" or "did I remember to cancel the paper?"

Also, many pet owners find travelling difficult because they can't bear the thought of putting their beloved animals through the stress of a new environment such as boarding kennels. Having a house sitter living in your home while you're away ensures that your animals are a lot happier and stress free in their own environment.

We have an agreement that we require you to complete before we house sit for you. It has all the details we need to ensure that your house, property and pets are well cared for while you are away. It also includes things like who your insurers are, your contact details while you are away, and the tasks that you require us to do for you.
