A survey of travel agents reports that getting on the Internet is a high priority. The survey was conducted by Cyber Travel
Specialist, an Internet training course with its head office in Boulder, Colorado. The on-line survey reported that 95 per cent of agencies plan to be on the Internet, although 42 per cent do not use the Internet at all for work. The study surveyed 400 agents in the third and fourth quarter of 1997.
