Skilled Professional with more than 15 years experience in IT and with over 12 years experience in multi-national management, including serving as Asia IT section manager for Procter & Gamble (a $78 Billion worldwide commercial product leader), and serving as Global Center of Excellence (CoE) manager for Wrigley(a $5 Billion worldwide confectionary leader). 

Strong Leadership, communication, and organization skills. Extensive IT application experience and business understanding especially on Supply Chain, Logistics, and sales force automation (SFA). Proven ability to implement technology-based solutions for business opportunity. Have 11 years SAP implementation and optimization experience since 1996. Led several teams (include CoE) to implement and support SAP systems for different business area and sites, identified business opportunities and leveraged system to build business values. 

Established and developed Wrigley Asia Center of Excellence (CoE) team from scratch since 2002, up to 2005 it has 17 people. Built and develop P&G SAP team (7 people) and SFA team (4 people). Have multi-national working experience as I have been working and managing teams in China, Asia, United States and Germany. Now I am managing a global team (12 people located in Guangzhou, Chicago and Munich). I have initiated and driving many approaches and models which are the first time in Wrigley IT worldwide, got positive result and feedback. In 2007 I get a new role to establish first Wrigley Global Share service center.

Three years expereince working in USA and Germany. Now based in Guangzhou, China, managing a cross-region, multi-national team.
