Greetings and Salutations:
One quick point before you go any farther. This section is designed for the chat program VPlaces. It is an IRC chat client with a browser background. I use files which I would not normally use for my website( some of the .wav files are 1 meg or more and take 10 minutes to load on a 33.6 modem.) This section was setup for people to talk to each other while the pages load.
