Welcome to my homepage. My name is Dale and I am an air traffic controller assigned to Charlotte Douglas International Airport. I am currently on temporary duty in Washington, DC as a liaison between the FAA and NATCA. NATCA is the National Air Traffic Controllers Association. You will find several links below to different levels of the union. Please take time to browse the sites and forward any questions to me.
I am also an instrument rated pilot and own a Cherokee Warrior (P28A-161) based out of Rock Hill, SC (UZA).

The National Air Traffic Controllers Association (NATCA) is the union that represents air traffic controllers (FAA, DOD and contract controllers) and FAA engineers. NATCA is made up of three levels of representation. Below you will find links to the National, Regional and Charlotte offices.
National Air Traffic Controllers Association
The NATCA National Office is located at 1325 Massachusetts Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20005. The number for this office is 202-628-5451. The national office coordinates with the membership and represents us in Washington. We are very active in the legislative arena.
NATCA Southern Region
The Southern Region office for NATCA is currently at Suite 510, 100 Hartsfield Centre Parkway, Atlanta, Georgia 30354. The telephone number is 404-766-3118.
Charlotte NATCA
The NATCA local at Charlotte Tower has a membership percentage of about 90%. The local's website provides you e-mail access to each member of the local Executive Board.

Charlotte Air Traffic Control Tower
