- Responsible for the design, logistics and coordination of Business and Service training programs in telecommunications, sales skills, customer care, AXTEL´s product & services, internal processes and systems, etc.
- Coordination with internal areas to adjust and communicate to the sales force, the changes of current business sales methods and procedures with the real local market, with the objective of working directly for the targeted market.
- Responsible to ensure that every point of sale (AXTEL Centers) has the tools such as systems, products, brochures and the last communication to operate fluently and to satisfy customer (face to face) needs.
- Responsible for the organization and logistics of Kick Off meetings, Distributors Conventions, (for sales indirect channels) in the regional Vicepresidency.
- Responsible of the creation, logistic and implementation of the first AXTEL´s employee´s referral program to get the first 6,000 lines before the launch date.

- Responsible for assitant fuctions of Network Operations Vicepresidency. Attending Executive Meetings, responsible of administrative functions of AXTEL´s Switch Building

- Responible for creation of the direct sales workteam for Monterrey to sell long distance services by selecting, training and motivating them to develop our goals. Sales first place on April and May 1998.
