WINNER’s General Manager was born in Taiwan, where Christine graduated from Taipei’s prestigious National Chengchi University with a major in Banking. She received a Master of International Management (MIM) degree in Human Resources Management from Thunderbird - the American Graduate School of International Management - in Glendale, Arizona, USA. Before graduate studies Christine pursued her career in consumer services and the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
In 1988 she started her management consulting career by joining Time Manager International - a leading European general management training company. She successfully initiated, promoted and introduced TMI courses at multinational companies like IBM, Scott Paper, Digital, Glaxo, China Airlines, by conducting public and in-house seminars. Soon she was selected by Boyden in Taiwan and became the Recruiting Manager of the oldest international executive search firm.
In 1992 she established her own company and became General Manager of Winner. Today she is building on the results of her many years of extensive professional experience and understanding of executive search and human relations for multinationals in Taiwan . Her ability, insight, intuition and personal charisma enable her to make accurate assessments and judgments in selecting the right people. She can interpret the client’s need and presents candidates with professional capabilities to fit the company’s culture and profitability targets.
