Our first step after accepting an assignment is to gain an understanding of the company, its competitive environment, the position to be filled, the qualifications and approximate compensation of the new executive. Once these profile specifications are identified and agreed upon in an exclusive contract, we begin our search. We start the search by first matching the CV's and employment records of thousands of well qualified executives in our databases with the position. In addition we have access to external sources of information. Next we study the leading companies in the client's industry and closely related fields to identify and evaluate those executives with the most significant track records. In addition, we screen and assess the qualifications of the many professionals whom we have contact with in offering regular advice in the development of their career. All this is accomplished in confidentiality without revealing your company's name. During the process of every assignment we maintain close contact with you or your designate to keep you aware of our progress, and to learn quickly of any updating you may wish to make in the job specifications or the candidate's qualifications.
