In the light and shade of the Bran chalet (in fact a new building, in course of consolidation), RETAS the great Master of international magic arts, graduate from the High Institute of Psychology in Cairo and diplomat in astrology of The Essop Specialized School in Psychic and Ocult Sciences in Paris, author of numerous books on magic and astrology, the man able to decipher mysteries and to recompose new meaning, is talking about , VICI (Vlad the Impaler Club International).

  The initiative belongs to a group of intellectuals - the majority of them from the district of Brasov - who designated me as as president of honour and involved me in transposition of the idea of this club, on the basis of OSIM trade mark and its aditional status, with strong emphasis on turism, to outline and to regenerate the itinerary "Dracula Tour" On these co-ordinates we shall proceed to the enrollment of new members in the country and abroad. At present there are 100 members on the list taking into account the effect of the publicity spot showed in Italy, which proved the existance of an unusual interest in our prospects, first of all that of the restoration of the character in the legend interpreted with malefic, funanbulist and sensational effects, by the saxon tales in the Dark Middle Age.

  To distinguish between myth and reality, we centred the project of a two unities of an exceptional character : "New Magic Center and Horror Museum Dracula" on the following directions: magic arts, astrology, martial arts, illusionism, witchcraft, Nostradamus premonition, futurology, the Gallery of the Malefic Characters, the most important and original section that will define itself in the course of time open to the ideas and imagination of people of art and culture from the entire world. The Club will organize an anual international fashion show, the Miss Magic World contest and absolute first night Mister Dracula contest as symbol of seduction and creativa force.

  We benefit from generous idea and by the launching of an auction - to the firms in this country and abroad - from the instruments in order to realise the club, the museum and holiday village all about the Bran Castle, we hope go to the materialisation of projects mentioned above, in the course of the next year.
