Founded 1993 by Grady C. Ball, CEO & Owner as a full wireless communication provider offering sales, service and installation of top-of-the-line cellular mobile phones, 2 way radios and pagers.

Mr. Ball retried from the National Security Agency (NSA) with more than thirty years of experience. While at NSA, Grady served as a Sr. Engineering Specialist, earning numerous awards and letters of appreciation from a host of high ranking government officials.

Under Mr. Ball's direction and with the assistance of Vice President and son, Eric F. Ball, BBCI successfully established itself as a leading player in the high-tech secured communications field. Both individuals are licensed by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) as "Radio Telephone Operators" as well as, "COMSEC Custodians" by NSA.

Even in retirement the senior Mr. Ball is often called upon by NSA and other government agencies as an advisor and provider of assistance in the isolation and identification of secured communication system failures.

BBCI proudly count amongst its secured communications clientele...the President's Cabinet Secretaries. The Department of Defense's highest echelon staff, top federal law enforcement agencies, Capitol Hill's leadership and a host of other federal government agencies.

In 1996, BBCI was the resource tapped to ensure that all federal government agencies responsible for the olympic security and other services, had continuous on-demand secured wireless communications.

As an authorized Bell Atlantic Mobile Agent and Motorola Service Center, BBCI has in the past and continues to assist in these company's goal of meeting customers immediate emergency communication needs.
