Port Hood Credit Union -newsletter #3 Fall 2002 'Where to start' -Here it is time for another Newsletter. So much has happened since our last newsletter. A New Board of Directors, excellant growth for the year. Assets growing. A very successful year with our ATM machine. Membership has grown to 1463; Whew! And now Amalgamation. | -Your 2002 Board of Directors
|
Amalgamation:- As you are all aware, the Port Hood Credit Union Limited will become part of the East Coast Credit Union Ltd on January 1st 2003 | 'RRSP season'-is just around the corner, Port Hood Credit Union now administers our own RRSPs. Saving us borrowing costs |
How would this affect me as a member? --------------------------------------- Your current loan obligations and term deposit commitments would not change. You would continue to be served at your current credit union location. You would continue to be represented by a board of directors with participation from each local credit union. Products and services would be standardized and expanded. Some staff would be given new responsibilities, but for the most part, you would continue to be serviced by the staff you already know. You may need to change your member account number, but we would make this transition as easy for you as possible. | 'Hours of Service Monday to Wednesday 9:30pm-4:30pm Thursday & Friday 9:30pm to 5:30pm ~~~~~~~~ -Building has a new look with the plexiglasss windbreak on both sides of the main entrance. ATM-Feedback on our Automated Cash Dispensor Machine has been excellant. Note:- our ATM will accept All Cards with the Interact & Plus Logos! Both Members and Non-Members |
