Welcome to my small corner! My name is Kate, and I have two teenaged daughters, Deb and Shannon. We live in a tiny village named Brigden, in SW Ontario, Canada.

Deb, on the right, is mentally handicapped, and very small for her age. She is 18 years old. She also suffers from Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome, a severe almost uncontrolable form of epilepsy. She attends a special needs class at St. Patrick's High School in Sarnia.

Shannon is a typical 15 year old, interested in music and animals. She has lots of friends, and I hardly ever see her anymore! She also has a part time job at the same boarding kennel that I work at. She attends Lambton Central Collegiate and Vocational Institute in Petrolia.

The last member of our family is "Buddy", a great big , loveable chow/lab cross.
