Comprehensive Evaluation:
Assessment of student needs includes family history, academic, and psychological/psychiatric evalutation
Coordination of Services with other Agencies:
A social worker is available to assist families in dealing with other state or local agencies such as Juvenile Court, Department of Family and Children Services, Social Security, Georgia Regional Hospital, Vocational Rehabilitation, or private psychiatric services.
--is a part of the continuum of services provided by the school system.
--provides a therapeutic all day program for students with severe emotional problems.
