"Alright  what happened?" Sully questioned with raised eyes.

"Nothing happened that couldn't be handled. Katie may have been a little umm.. overwelming at times, but we had a great time." Andrew tried to calm Sully and Michaela's fears.

"Speak for yerself!" Brian muttered.

"Aww come on little brother, you know you had a good time, and Katie did too," Matthew nudged Brian on the shoulder causing him to sway back and forth.

"Okay, I guess I did!" Brian gave a small smile.

"Katie did you give your brother a hard time yesturday?" Michaela half scolded, half joked as she looked towards her small daughter.

"umm.. Yus! Mama, Biaaan weed stowie an play with bear!" Katie switched the subject.

"I had fun too Katie, but next time ya gotta cooperate more." Brian told his little sister.

"What's coopppate?" Katie look confused. Everyone burst out laughing at Katie's innocence that she forgot the question and joined in laughing.

"So everything was alright?" Michaela asked once more with raised eyebrows.

"Yes Ma, we managed very well and everyone had a great time," Colleen reassured her Ma. "How was your day, you two?" She changed the subject.

Michaela eyed Sully and they exchanged looks. Each knew what the other was thinking. "Hmmm.. very nice," Michaela said simply.

Sully put his arms around Michaela and leaned her toward him for a sweet hug. "We enjoyed it very much." Sully added.

"And we have all of you to thank," Michaela smiled and looked up towards Sully as he placed a quick kiss on her lips.

"You two deserved it. You've done so much for all of us, it was our time ta do something for ya." Matthew was sincere.

"Well Michaela an' I are very thankful to all of you," Sully answered back.

"I guess putting some things off a little while longer is worth it," Michaela smiled restating Sully's words that he had spoke to her before she decided not to go back to work.

"Come on, Ma, Pa, sit down eat!" Brian invited them as he took a sip of milk.

Sully and Michaela sat down next to each other and joined their family for eating luch. While their children tired to all speak at once Michaela, who was holding the sleepy eyed Joseph and rocking back and forth, locked her eyes with Sully's. They went off into their own world reliving the wonderful day they had had together. Secretly they knew that some things are worth waiting a little while longer for. Michaela had learned that she should enjoy some things a little while longer because life goes so fast.

Michaela leaned towards Sully who had his arm resting on Michaela's chair. She wispered into his ear "Thank you."

"For what?" He wispered back.

"For teaching me to enjoy my family and my husband a little while longer." Michaela smiled.

"I know somethin' else we could enjoy a little while longer,"

"What?" Michaela asked looking into Sully's eyes for a hint of what he was thinking.

"This." Sully said before leaning towards Michaela and placing a passionate kiss on her lips infront of all their children.
