Daniel Southworth VIRGIL(b.09-Dec-1813 Genesee Co., NY) married (1)Sarah WHEATON (m.18-Nov-1841),(we think there might have been children from this union but have found no proof). (2) Martha Pauline Cleveland(b.20-Mar-1827 Alden, Erie Co., NY)(m.27-Jun-1847 St. Joseph Co.,MI. Martha later remarried a man named James PRIDDY in Jackson Co.,OR-where she died. Daniel and Martha had the folloing children:
1) Martha Elizabeth VIRGIL b.18-April-1848 Iowa d. 11-Dec-1930 Remote, Coos Co., OR. Married (1)James Thomas BEACH in Sonoma Co.,CA,(2) Reuben JEFFERSON in Oregon.She had 2 chilren by Mr.Beach-- Mary Ellen BEACH and John Riley BEACH. Several children with Mr. Jefferson but not sure if she was the mother or step-mother.
2) Daniel Albert VIRGIL(Albert Daniel?) b.09-Feb-1850 MI.
3) Hetty Frances VIRGIL b. 16-Dec-1858.
4) Sarah Louise VIRGIL b.12-Jun-1860 married Renick OCHELTREE.
5) William Henry VIRGIL b.20-May-1863 CA? d. 31-Oct-1936 Coquille, Coos Co., OR.
