My husband Chris and I met in 1985 while we were in the seventh grade. People used to kid us all the time and tell us we would make a cute couple. Of course we would say gross, nasty, as if. But eventually we figured out, they were right. Our actual first date was August 17th, 1990. We have been happily united as one ever since. I will never be able to express my hearts gratitude towards my husband. He helped me through some really rough spots in my life, and continues to do so to this day. He has always been my rock, my confidant, my savior, my friend.
