Portia Olive Taggart married Bert Moreland, four children were born from that union. ~~~ After the death of Bert, She married Howard Dewitt Lull and two children were born of that marriage. ~~~ This web site reflects the growth of these families. Portia, was a loving and dedicated Mother, who lived a very difficult life. ~~~ Always thinking of her children first, she had the unique ability of teaching her children ~~~ responsibility, integrity and love. ~~~
