Albert Pancake was a sergeant during the civil war. He served in Company H., from the 80th Indiana Volunteer Infantry. He mustered in at Winslow, Pike County, Indiana on August 29, 1862 and mustered out June 22, 1865 at Salisbury, N.C. He was wounded May 9, 1864 near Rocky Face Ridge, Georgia. Albert (1842-1900) was the son of William and Mary (Thompson) Pancake. He is buried in Ashby Cemetery in Pike County, Indiana. |
