SailorMoon is a japanese cartoon wherein five 14-year-olds from Japan meet a cat named Luna, and are given special powers each. Their mission is to save the princess of the moon, or at least the next princess of the moon from the lifeforms in a dimension called Negaverse. To use their special powers, they will need to transform to their super-natural selves. And whenever they do, they not only protect the princess and the moon, but they also protect the Earth. Whenever they transform, they are dressed into sailor suits that make them look like sailor scouts. And that's what they call themselves. The SailorWarriors. Each of them have their own name. Their leader, Usagi Tsukino, a rather clumsy girl, but also the princess of the moon is called SailorMoon. Then comes the other SailorWarrior, Ami Mizuno, the smartest of them all, is called SailorMercury. After that comes agressive Rei Hino who they call SailorMars. Another is the strong but sweet SailorWarrior, Makoto Kino who's called SailorJupiter. And lastly, the pretty, perky, though still smart Minako Aino comes into the picture and calls herself, SailorVenus. Together, they fight evil. They make the wrong things right. They straighten out every problem on Earth, and also on the moon. Sure, they make a lot of mistakes most of the time, but they always manage to make everything better. When the later part of this cartoon comes, SailorMoon is crowned the "Queen" of the "Crytsal Kingdom". The kingdom in the moon. She is then called Queen Serenity. She marries a handsome prince, Prince Endimion, the prince of Earth or Mamoru, and they give birth to a child named Chibiusa. Chibiusa, comes from the future and goes to the past to warn her mother, (Usagi) about the destruction that will happen, and to also get help. Chibiusa knew that in the future, there would be much danger and trouble in the moon, that even the SailorWarriors couldn't stop. They needed the help of Mamoru who also has special powers, and when he transforms, he is who they call Tuxedo Mask. He helped, yet still failed. And soon, he finds out that the trouble in the moon is because of Queen Serenity and Prince Endimion's forbidden love. Before that happens, he tries to stay away from Usagi, but she still can't stop falling for him. There's romance, adventure, and humor in every episode of Sailormoon, and that's why people like it.
