This is to help keep the family informed of what is going on in our lives and to let them see how the babies are growing up.
I have currently been laid-off from my job at Dominick's, but I don't let that get me down. Every day I am checking the newspapers online for jobs. I am looking at going back to school, hopefully this summer. I have a friend who was also laid-off and we are going to try to go to school together. Dawn has an interview with Abbott Laboratories soon, so hopefully she will be going back to work. She has not worked since she was pregnant with Isabel. Dawn had a lot of complications with her pregnancy and then Isabel had a lot of health problems. We believe that most of the health problems are over, so Dawn is trying to go back to work now.
Juan is working two jobs, which is normal. His is loved very much by both of his children and he loves them very much. The family would just like to see him more. With working two jobs, we very seldom see him. The kids stay up late in order to see him and won't leave him on his days off. Juan's brother, Mario, has come to this area to work.
Derik is still looking for a job. There are not many jobs out there for him. Because of his work history, not many employers want to hire him. He is finally tired of sitting at home watching TV.
