Forty years ago, my grandfather invented a food processor to make this coveted dish which involves the grinding of up to 30lbs of potatoes. I now use this machine in my family to make this famous dish. And I am determined to keep the tradition alive.

One year ago my wife wrote to the show "Calling all Cooks" telling them about our tradition. They loved the story so much, that they are devoting an entire show to this stroy.
