Cape Breton County currently has five clubs: Arm of Gold, Grand Mira, Northside, Rising Sun and South Bar. Leaders and Seniors from each of these clubs make up the Cape Breton County 4-H Leaders' Council. This Council meets once per month and discusses problems and solutions within the 4-H program to benefit the children, and is actively involved with decisions and preparations for 4-H Day at the Cape Breton County Farmers' Exhibition held in North Sydney every August.
