History......
#CHIJ was set up sometime in February '97. It was registered by a smart and handsome guy by the nick of GARETT. Intially, the patrons of #CHIJ were those regulars of #ngeeann and #canto. But gradually, the students of CHIJ Sec Toa Payoh started to know about this channel. Since then, the majority of the regulars are those from CHIJ Sec, regulars like Sundail, CyBeR_GaL, strawiee etc. They have been sticking to the channel for more than 1 year.
