Welcome to my webpage, dedicated to the lilywhites from North London. This site will be
(hopefully) entertaining, informative and interactive as you will get the chance to put
your views forward.
In case you are not in the know, Sir Harry Hotspur, was the nickname given to one of the old Dukes of Northumberland, renowned for his brash and daring exploits in the battlefield.
In 1882 when boys from a cricket club and grammar school near to the Duke's family residence decided to form a football team they took the name 'Hotspur FC' in his honour.
To this day Tottenham Hotspur F.C. have tried to live to up to his standard by playing entertaining and attacking football.
