This site is concerned with distributing information on the various techniques involved in the world of bodybuilding and weightlifting in general. As a foundation, the fundamental lifts are explained in a short description which will soon be assisted by a virtual workout partner to put the words into animation. For those of you who consider yourselves elite bodybuilders or trainers will obviously be dismayed by the presentation of this basic material for the beginning of this site, but I beleive that without proper lifting, our physical goals can never be met to the fullest extent.

I would like to apologize for the agonizingly slow pace of this page. However, I am pleased to announce that leaps and bounds are beginning to be made. Supplement reviews, forums, and numerous links are still going to be added. Any feedback would be appreciated at any stage.
