• Saucony - Good site. Use the Shoe-zer to find the right shoe for you
• New Balance - Excellent site. Also has a question and answer shoe finding tool.
• Asics - Another good site providing information about all their models.
• Reebok - Disappointing site. Not much about running, or shoes for that matter.
• Nike - This site changes a lot. You can find out some things about their shoes, and order direct if you want.

Online Runner's Catalogs

OK, you really want my opinion? Go to Southern Runner Sports on Magazine Street in New Orleans. It's a store for runners, run by runners. They give you one-on-one service and advice. They can fit you, analyze you, the whole nine yards. They also have all the stuff that runners need, all under one roof. That being said, if you absolutely must be a computer geek and shop online, here are some links for you.

• Shoebuy - This is a brand new site, with a teaser for now and opening scheduled in October.
• Holabird Sports - Outstanding prices and an excellent selection.  The site needs some work though.
• Kelly's Running Warehouse - Excellent site, excellent selection, fairly reasonable prices.
• Road Runner Sports - This catalog is now online and is even better than the print version. This is the best site, but prices are kind of high.
• Sneaker World - Selection is just OK, and so are the prices.
