In round 1 of this season, all teams played one game against each other team. Based on those results, the league was split into two. The top 6 teams became Division "A" and automatically qualified for the playoffs for positions 1-6. The remaining 8 teams became Division "B" and the top two teams after round 2 were seeded #7 and #8 in the playoffs. (This accounts for extra Points Played in the B Division, as well as the 7th & 8th place teams having better final winning percentages.)

The following predictions were made on June 16 or so. I'll leave them up to see what happens...
---OK, time for some very early season predictions. The top three teams will be the Greenwave, the Marlins, and the Vikings. The second tier of teams will be the Aces, Pub Busters, and Bufalos Mojados. The last two playoff spots, coming from the B Division, will be the Mazos and the Oysters. If however, as expected, the Knights find one more good player, the Knights could very well end up in 7th.---
Comment of October 24: Well, not too bad. Got 6 out of 8 playoff teams, although not in the perfect order. Sorry Oysters and Bufalos Mojados; congratulations Undertakers and Jackalopes. :-)
