The 2000 long distance running calendar has not yet been published. Please verify all dates, times and locations, as these may change or races may be cancelled altogether.

The following are the two major Cleveland area winter races:

  • February 19 -- West End Chili Bowl 5K-- Rocky River Metro Park, Sweetwater Cafe (at northern end of park)
  • March 11 -- St. Malachi 5 Mile and 2 Mile -- St. Malachi Church, Cleveland (near-west side)

    • Half-Marathons in Northeast Ohio

  • April 15 -- Spring Classic Half Marathon -- Strongsville
  • October 1 -- Buckeye Half Marathon -- Peninsula
  • September 10 -- Run the River Half Marathon -- Lorain
  • November 19 -- Fall Classic Half Marathon -- Strongsville
