1/8/02Power rankings #4 and updated stats are out. Markus keeps his number 1 spot by 2/100th of a point over karnac, even though priest has the best overall record (15-5-1, 15 CPs).

12/8/01Sorry for the lack of updates recently. The power rankings #3 and stats have been updated.

11/26/01New power rankings are out (through the Portland game). Lots of changes in top 10.

Stats section is now updated.

11/24/01The Nuggets currently stand at 6-7 after losing two straight to the Lakers and Blazers.

In the contest, karnac and dx20003 have gotten off to great starts at 7-2-0 (karnac with a league high 7 CPs) and each lead their respective divisions. The other two divisional leaders are churro and waker. And as expected, there is alot of parity within the league (16 people are at or within 1 game of .500).

3 of last years powerhouses - rock, gfab, and boom187 - are off to slow starts at a combined 8-13-2 (.381, 11 CPs) after going 74-37-9 (.667, 78 CPs) last season.

I will try to get the new power rankings updated by tomorrow.

11/11/01Well apparently tonights Raptors game has already been locked out (obviously way to early). In this case (and ever in the future if this happens again), just email me your pick anytime before tipoff, and it will count and be entered.

11/10/01What a win over the Rockets! WOW. Anyways, the power rankings have been updated for the first time this year. Dx20003 starts off at #1. Look for them to be updated about every 2 weeks.

11/8/01Due to a program malfunction, there was some confusion regarding the chrony-sportsvine matchup for the 11/6 Houston game. This has been fixed now. I hope this doesn't cause any problems. If you have any questions, let me know.

Also look out for the first power rankings after the 11/9/01 Houston game (they probably will be up sometime on Saturday).
