USA Wrestling (Nebraska Kids Wrestling Federation) is a non-profit
oganization that promotes amateur wrestling to all Nebraska wrestlers
from little kids to adults. NKWF educates, promotes, and structures
wrestling in both collegiate and international styles. Dedicated to
the improvement of all phases of Nebraska Wrestling.
We
are an affiliate of the National organization USA Wrestling, the
national governing body for international-style amateur wrestling in
the the United States. We are the designated representative for USA
Wrestling in the State of Nebraska. It is our responsibility to carry
out the guidelines and directives as set forth by USA Wrestling in
the administration of this State.
Both
athletes and coaches may become members of USA Wrestling, and
wrestling clubs may apply for charters from USA Wrestling. We also
provide event sanctioning. Benefits of these services include
insurance coverage, notifications of state and national news, and
greater involvement in regional programs.
