Independent Teams (H.I.T.) of Houston, Texas is dedicated to providing and/or creating a
learning environment for all participants sufficiently conducive to skill development and
improvement to enable all academically eligible graduating seniors the opportunity to
further their education by attending an institution of higher learning with funding
provided either in whole or in part via a fastpitch softball scholorship. This
organization strives for good sportsmanship and exceptional moral conduct to be upheld by
each of it's members, therefore, enabling each girl to strengthen their resolve to
accomplish a goal through teamwork, dedication, commitment and sacrifice.
