A Few Deatails of Matthew Le Tissier:
Matthew Le Tissier!! - What a player. The man simply is a genious. From his collection of absolutely outstanding goals to his magical skill, Matt Le Tiss is the greatest player known to man. He has a unique talent and never fails to excite a crowd. Being a Southampton fan, I have seen Le Tiss play many times on T.V or at "The Dell" and never has he failed to amaze me. A player of his quality for some reason unknown to all, has constantly been denied the chance to play for his country. A few times Le Tissier has played for England, but never really got a chance to prove himself. Several England managers, (Hoddle, Venables), say he doesn't 'fit in' but how I ask, can a player of his ability not fit in to any team; and after scoring a hat-trick in the 'B' side!!! Lets hope Keegan comes to his senses.
I am extremely lucky to be able to say I've met the man himself! So lucky in fact, that before he became well known, Le Tissier lodged at my Auntie and Uncle's house in Lordshill in Southampton, (if you have seen the Matt Le Tissier 'Unbelievable' video you'll know who I'm talking about, Pete & Pat Ford). I have received many things from Le Tiss himself, passed on from my Uncle. I even got my picture taken with him about 5 years ago at a party with my relatives. Suggestions have been made that Le Tiss would leave Southampton, but he stays loyal and has remained a Saint for 13 years. Quite simply, HE IS GOD, LE - GOD.
