Kingston 1999

October 30-31, 1999. Mild, warm, dry.

To top of a great season, Monkey made its annual trek down to Kingston, to pay tribute to probably the longest running co-ed Ultimate tournament in the country.

Britannia Beach 1999

Once again Cheeky Monkey participated in the annual Britannia Beach tournament. Unsure of the kind of competition we could expect we elected to play in the "B" division. We had fun. The level of ultimate was not overpowering so we made it to the final with out much hardship. Along the way we got to play some fun teams like the HuckleberryHounds and Big Strong and 18" Inches Long.

Summer 1999 Highlights

Summer 1999 marked the beginning of Monkey's third season together. While the core of the team returned stronger than ever, we were fortunate to welcome some new players to the Monkey roster. Chris and Marlayne Hardy, came back after a years maternity leave. Genderblender, Fergus 1999

The Monkey Summer season gets really going with the annual pilgrimage to the town of Fergus, for the annual Genderblender. The tournaments main focus is quality, fun Ultimate which is strongly enhanced by the copious qunatities of alcohol which are imbibed. This years event was great fun.
