Jumping Crabs finally mananged to defeat Deurne. The last few years the games have always been special, but every time we were on the wrong side of the score. Last year we promoted together with Deurne to this Division. So to us the game is always special. Still missing center Stef, we started the game furious. Especially Olaf Stok was totally on fire!! No matter what position, all his shots were good. At that time in the game, our offense was easy; just get the ball to Olaf!! His 37 points proved that to be the good tactic. His score was also good for the season high, not only personal but for the whole team. Also the young guys were really into the game. Max did a great job fighting against their big centers. After a great shot over one of their centers, Max looked him in the eye on the way back, just letting him know that he was kicking his ass. To me that was the highlight of the game. The other highlight (Olaf) continued for 40 minutes, but I already mentioned that.
So we are really on the right way again. To defeat the number one in our division gives a good feeling. They sure don't like the fact that they have to come back to us pretty soon.
We'll be waiting...!!!
The only bad thing about last game was that from now on we will have to miss Andrew, due to an injury. Ironically, the same injury that has Stef sidelined for the last few weeks. We all hope both of them will be recovered as soon as possible.
