Wrestler of the Year
Wrestler of the year should be voted on the basis of wrestler achievement. The wrestler who has had the most impressive year in the ring should be the one to receive your vote.
1998 Winner: Aries
Tag Team of the Year
Tag team of the year should be voted on the basis of the achievement of the team as a team. Accomplishments of the team members as individuals should not be considered.

Rookie of the Year
Rookie of the year candidates should be judged by the same criteria as wrestler of the year. This category is only open to wrestlers who had not competed in an MMP match prior to January 1, 1999.

Stable of the Year
Stable of the year should be voted on the basis of the dominance of the group. The stable that was most dominant for the longest period of time should receive your vote.

Match of the Year
Which was the most anticipated match of the year? Which match most captured your interest even if you weren't involved? Which match would you have shelled out thirty bucks to watch live on PPV?
1998 Winner: MMP/GWF Battle Royal - MMP/GWF Best of the Best PPV
Feud of the Year
Longevity is worth as much as interest in voting for feud of the year. A rivalry that spanned a few months should be given more consideration than one that was heated, but only lasted for a week towards an SNS match.

Most Popular Wrestler of the Year
This is a new award for 1999. Since it isn't possible to measure cheers and crowd reaction in an efed, your vote in this category will require you to use your imagination. Who plays the best face? Vote for him.

Most Hated Wrestler of the Year
Another new award for 1999, this is the exact opposite of most popular. Same voting criteria, except this award goes to the best pure heel.

Most Improved Wrestler of the Year
The final new award for 1999, this one is for the wrestler who has made the most significant advancements from where they were at the end of 1998 to where they are today. If you weren't around to remember the end of '98, you can either look over old match results or talk to me to get a clearer picture of things.

Roleplayer of the Year
This is the opposite of the wrestler of the year award. While wrestler of the year should be decided on the basis of in-ring achievement, this award should be based solely on roleplaying ability. Use whatever criteria you like for deciding this. If you like humor, vote for the funniest interviews. If consistency is what you look for, vote for the most consistent player. The point is, whatever you feel makes a good roleplay is the criteria you should use. Select the nominee whose posts you most look forward to reading and most enjoy.
