OTHER LUCHA STUFF RIGHT!!!!! now just a few more thiings about LUCHA..for ya to chew over  SPECIALTY MATCHES Since Lucha comprises of mostly LOS TRIOS matches, a singles match is rare, usually they have them for title shots only, this comes from a series of tags where the two participants couldnt, seem to be friends.....shall we say..HEHEH but sometimes there is honour at stake......these take the form of... MASK vs MASK HAIR vs MASK HAIR vs HAIR matches and are usually the last step in a big fued angle....and they nearly always "pop" the crowd. WEIGHT DIVISIONS much the same as boxing, Lucha has different weight classes LIGHTWEIGHTS (30 lbs lighter than Rey Misterio?) WELTERWEIGHTS MIDDLEWEIGHT LIGHT HEAVYWEIGHT and HEAVYWEIGHT THE MARVELOUS MINI'S or as we people know 'em the midgets, BUT, these blokes aint no comedy relief, contrary to what the WWF thinks...these guys do exactly the same moves as the larger blokes. they are costumed much like there larger counterparts, ie: MASCARA SAGRADA(big guy) MASCSARITA SAGRADA(mini counterpart) other famous mini's are PIRATITA MORGAN and JERRITO ESTRADA soon as i can get some pics i'll whack 'em on . PROMOTIONS  there is or was 4 promotions in Mexico EMLL (run by the Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre, the oldest , started 1932) UWA (Universal Wrestling Alliance, started 1975) AAA (El Aisitencia Asesoria Administracion, started 1992) PROMO-AZTECA   a recent addition started by KONAN a Mexican version of Philly's own ECW   and while i think of it, if ya wanna hear a bloke that seems to have all his facts down, go check out "Iron" Mike Tenay, you know the walking encyclopedia on WCW Nitro.
