Mission Statement: We dedicate our gymnastic careers to the growth and development of the sport of gymnastics, to the entertainment and enjoyment of artistic gymnastics fans, and to our parents who have given so very much to make our careers possible!!!

Scott and his dog, taking a well deserved break,after searching for explosive devices, somewhere in the Middle East. Daughters of his older sister, Stacy, who passed away October 7, 2003, they adore 'Unca Clay'.

Melinda's brother Scott,a civilian contractor in the Middle East,on patrol, searching for 'explosive devices' with his MWD (Military Working Dog. Melinda is about to enter the auditorium to receive her Melinda receiving 'congratulations' from friends after her graduation May 14,2005.


Melinda's brother, Scott, recently discharged from the MARINES,has returned to Texas,but is now a civilian contractor in Iraq. He was an explosive sniffing dog handler in the Marines, and is following that calling now in the Middle East. Melinda's second SENIOR picture for graduation at UGA, MAY 2005. Melinda's third SENIOR picture for graduation at UGA in May 2005.

Melinda's Mom, Diana, ready to leave for the graduation ceremonies. Melinda's father,a retired Navy Lieutenant Commander (Diving Officer) and veteran of WWII, KOREA, and VIETNAM,then stationed in Washington, D.C., assisted in the Melinda receiving more congratualatory phone calls after her graduation.

On Saturday, May 14, 2005, Melinda graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Family and Consumer Sciences. She has returned to her home in Houston and will begin her career as a Financial Advisor in June 2005. Clay, having retired from active competition, has left Katy Elite Gymnastics and has accepted a coaching position at ALPHA OMEGA GYMNASTICS in Southwest Houston.
