The Mid America area is steeped in wrestling tradition. At one time, Verne Gagne's AWA was the talk of the town. Grappling greats like THE CRUSHER, MAD DOG VACHON, BILLY ROBINSON, SHEIK ADNAN AL-KAISSEY, NICK BOCKWINKEL, JIM BRUNZELL and BARON VON RASCHKE, were household names. MID AMERICAN WRESTLING has honored each and every one of them, 'live and in-person'.
