This page is organized by forms. Every move needs to be done fallowing the theories of power.

FOREARM LOW BLOCK:
  • This is done with the fists tight.
  • The blocking arm sets up above the other, and the tops of the arms face each other.
  • As the blocking arm extends, the arms back side face each other, and the arm that is not blocking gets pulled up to the ribs.
  • This is done with a twist of the hips and a stiffening of the body at the end.
  • The block is done with the outer side of the arm.

    MIDSECTION PUNCH:
  • This is done with the fists tight.
  • The punching fist starts next to the rib.
  • The back side of the arms are always facing each other.
  • When you punch, the fist comes out in a straight line while the other fist goes into the other rib in a staight line.
  • Remember to use hip twist and tence up at the end for more power.

    KNIFE HAND LOW BLOCK:
  • This set up is like a forearm low block, except the blocking arm's hand is open.
  • The movement is also like a forearm low block, except the block is done with the knife hand.

    INNER FOREARM BLOCK:
  • This set up is like an X in front of the chest. The blocking arm is in front of the other, and the back sides of the fists are up.
  • When the block is done, both fists turn up, the one that is not blocking is put up to the ribs.
  • The blocking arm comes straight across just below the eye level.
  • Remember to do this with hip twist.
  • The block is done with the inner side of the arm.

    KNIFE HAND GUARDING BLOCK:
  • This is set up with both palms facing up. One arm in crossed in front of the chest, the other is behind at the same level.
  • When the block is done, both palms turn face down.
  • The arm behined crosses the cest while turning. At the same time the arm crossed in front of chest swings out in front while turning.
  • The block is done with the knife hands.

    HIGH-SECTION PUNCH:
  • This punch is done the same way that a midsection puch is done, except the punch is aimed at the face area.

    TWIN FOREARM BLOCK:
  • This set up is like an X in front of the chest. The rising arm is in front of the other, and the back sides of the fists are facing away from the body.
  • When the block is done, both fists turn out.
  • When the left fist is out in front, it is a left twin forearm block.
  • one arm rises up blocking the head, and the other swings in front blocking the front.
  • The block is done with the inner sides of the arms.

    RISING BLOCK:
  • This set up is like a forearm low block.
  • When the block is done, both fists turn up, the one that is not blocking is put up to the ribs.
  • The blocking arm comes up obove the head to deflect a downward attack.
  • Remember to do this with hip twist.
  • The block is done with the outward side of the arm.

    KNIFE HAND STRIKE:
  • This is set up like an inner forearm block, except the hand closer to the chest is open for the strike.
  • The striking arm swings out, while the fist goes into the rib.
  • When this is done, the knife hand dose the strike.

    OUTER FOREARM BLOCK:
  • This set up is like an X in front of the chest. The blocking arm is under the other, and the back sides of the fists are up.
  • When the block is done, the blocking arm comes straight out and faces outward.
  • The other fist is pulled to the ribs.
  • The block is done with the outer side of the arm.

    STRAIGHT FINGERTIP:
  • Your hand is cupped with the fingertips facing foward, the hand is near the ribs.
  • Remember to do this with hip twist.
  • Your cupped hand's arm extends, and just at the end your hand becomes straight. The fingers are always facing foward.
  • This is ment to go through the target.

    HIGH SIDE STRIKE WITH THE BACK FIST:
  • This is done with hip twist.
  • The striking arm sets up under the other.
  • This is aimed at the side of the face.
  • The other fist gets pulled into the ribs face up.

    OUTER FOREARM WEDGING BLOCK:
  • The blocking arms come up together.
  • The outer side of the arms spred out ward.
  • Remember hip twist.
  • This move blocks both sides of the body.

    MIDSECTION FRONT SNAP KICK:
  • The knee is pulled up into the chest.
  • The foot then swings out to hit someones chest area.
  • Never hit with the top of the foot because it is too weak, hit with the ball of the foot.
  • Remember to put your whole body weight in the technique.

    HIGH-SECTION INWARD STRIKE:
  • The palm of the hand is up at the start, and up at the end
  • The hand stays at the same hight, starting from behind the head.
  • This is a strike to a person's neck.

    MIDSECTION SIDE PIERCING KICK:
  • Lift up the knee into the chest.
  • Thrust it straight out to the direction you are facing.
  • Hit with the side of the foot, make sure the heal is higher then the toe when it hits.
  • To give it a lot of power spring up with the other leg.

    INNER FOREARM CIRCULAR BLOCK:
  • Make sure that both fists are tight.
  • The block is used as a scooping move, to knock someone off balance that is doing a kick.
  • The right block is done with the arm going clockwise, the left block is done going counter clockwise.

    MIDSECTION GUARDING BLOCK:
  • Both fists are up at the start, and then down on at the end.
  • The foot that is in front is the same side as the arm that blocks like an inner forarm block.
  • The other arm crosses right in front of the chest.
  • Remember the hip twist.

    MIDSECTION HOOKING BLOCK:
  • This is used to grab someones wrist.
  • The block circles around on the inside
  • This block can be used to pull an attacker into a counter attack.

    FRONT ELBOW:
  • Take the lower part of the outside of the forearm and swing it across in front horizontilly.
  • Good hip twist can make this move very powerful.

    TWIN KNIFE HAND BLOCK:
  • The is done the same as a twin forearm block, except the blocking tool is the knife hands.

    HIGH-SECTION DOUBLE FOREARM BLOCK:
  • This is performed like a midsection gaurding block, except the palms are down at the start and up at the end.
  • Remember to keep the fists tight.

    REVERSE KNIFE HAND BLOCK:
  • It uses the thumb side of the hand.
  • sets up from underneath the other arm.
  • remember to use hip twist

    LOW-SECTION FRONT SNAP KICK:
  • This is just like a midsection front snap kick, but it is aimed lower.

    UPWARD BLOCK WITH THE PALM:
  • This move is done in a scooping motion.
  • The palm circles counter clockwise for the left, and clockwise for the right.
  • This move is used to knock an opponent's move upward.

    UPPER ELBOW STRIKE:
  • This strike comes strait up, it uses full body weight.
  • Both hands should be fists.
  • The attacking tool is the lower part of the forearm.
  • The other fist goes in the ribs.

    TWIN HIGH-SECTION VERTICAL PUNCH:
  • Both fists are used to make the attack.
  • The fists are set up from the ribs.
  • The punches come strait out and land near each other.
  • It is used to attack both sides of someones face at the same time.
  • The fists are tilted away from each other slightly, by the end.

    TWIN UPSET PUNCH:
  • Both fists are used to make the attack.
  • The fists are set up from the ribs.
  • This move is good for knocking the wind out of an attacker.
  • Both fists come strait up, using the whole body weight.

    X-FIST RISING BLOCK:
  • The arms come up over the head and form an X whith the outer forearm.
  • This can be used to block a wooden pole.
  • If the right foot is in front, the right arm is in front.
  • If the left foot is in front, the left arm is in front.

    FIST TWIST:
  • This is used to release a grab to the wrist.
  • Pull down and twist the wrist toward the body.

    PRESSING BLOCK:
  • This is done slower then most moves. The palms press in opposite directions.
  • One palm goes up, the other goes down, about a sholder width apart.
  • The palm goes up over the foot in front.
  • This can be used to stope two different attacks

    ANGLE PUNCH:
  • This punch sets up next to the rib.
  • Instead of it comming strait out, it hooks around
  • This punch is used to hit some one to the front side.
  • It is midsection.

    U-SHAPE BLOCK:
  • One arm comes up over the head, the other arm, near belt height.
  • It looks like a side ways U. The lower elbow is close to the ribs.
  • This is used to block a staff.
