Once you have animated your image it is time to save
it and place it in your webpage. With Photoshop this is a very easy
process. Follow the simple steps below.
- Photoshop allows you to optimize your animation prior to saving.
- Several different options of optimization are available. Options
show different levels of dither, # of colors, image quality and file
size.
- Use these options to mix and match to obtain the best quality of
your animation.
- After you have reached an acceptable level of quality from the ImageReady
program in Photoshop select File, Save Optimized As.
- Name and save your file appropriately.
- You can now insert the image into any webpage.
- You do not need to do any other programming for the animation to
work.
- You may be able to resize the animated image if necessary but be
aware that it may distort the effects of the animation.
