LATEST shout out loud!!! Why do we need to pay residential property tax in Singapore? I simply don't understand...... bought a flat for a few hundred thousand SG  and further more the lease will expire  in 99 years time. This is for our own residential place that you call home. I would understand if it's being rented out but it is not. Should I be thankful to the garment(goverment) since they give out rebates....well well I don't think so.
