KINGS LEGACY FIRST TO OBTAIN THE RANK OF BLACK BELT!!!!!!
The managment of the East Hartford Kings want to throw out a big congrats to former Kings Hall of famer T.F. Cormier after learning that his daugheter Victoria obtained the rank of first degree black belt in Shoalin Kempo Karate. I'm sure many of you are shocked to learn that despite all the goons the Kings have had on the team it has taken until know for one to be trained to kick butt instead of just doing what came natural (aka RAT). A member of the Newington Demo team, young Cormier has performed in many local, state and regional events. Her resume includes 1st place in both sparring and forms for the 2003 Constitional classic as well as having placed in weapons (Bo staff) on two seperate occasions as well as placing in the always rugged Long Island tournement. At 10 years and 1 month she was the youngest in her class to obtain that rank. The young King offspring will now begin her two year quest to be promoted from 1st to 2nd degree black belt. We all (especially her dad) wish her much luck.Long live the purple and gold and their offspring!!!!!!!!!
