                 · Responsible for all stages of preparation for a variety of maintenance and user
                   manuals for the HARM missile program.
                 · Worked in conjunction with customers, team members, engineers, and technicians to
                   develop, deliver, and update manuals per government specifications.
                 · Reviewed, proofread, and edited team members’ manuals.
                 · Converted existing manuals to electronic media for NAVY test stations.
                 · Converted existing manuals to interactive electronic manuals using Interleaf’s
                   WorldView software.
                 · Assisted in the design, development, and testing of software for on-line parts
                   ordering catalog for customers.
                 · Completed 40 hours of company based training each year.
                 · Developed macros to aid in preparation of manuals for conversion to electronic
                   manuals.
