EMULATORS AND ROMS

Due to limited server space, I will be posting only a few emulators and ROMS.

Emulators

Nesticle version 0.42
This is one of my favourite NES 8-bit emulators. It's fast and requires only a 486 to run. As with all emulators, you should have SciTech's Display Doctor installed. You will need the file dos4gw.exe to run this emulator. These utilities can be downloaded in the "Utilities" section of this page.

Callus version 0.42
If you have a knack for 2-player simultaneous games, this emulator is the right choice for you. Modeled after the Capcom CPS 1, this emulator delivers near perfect emulation of games such as Final Fight, Street Fighter II, Captain Commando, etc. Again, you should get SciTech's Display Doctor. This version supports QSound.

Sega System 16 version 0.79
There are many Sega games available for this emulator. Runs okay on a 486 although a Pentium is recommended. You can visit the author's home page here.

ZNES Super Nintendo version 0.800
This is the 16-bit Super Nintendo emulator. It can barely run on a 486, even with SciTech's Display Doctor. The SNES has the biggest library of games, so if you want an emulator with lots of games, this is the one to get.

NeoRAGE version 0.2d
The Neo Geo has an impressive collection of games. Most Neo Geo ROMs take up a chunk of hard drive space as well as RAM. I recommend at least 32 megs of RAM. You can visit the creators of this emulator here.
