Congratulations goes out to Peter Tatanish for winning the Schoolboy 68 lbs. division Championship in the Ohio Tournament of Champions on April 24 in Columbus Ohio. The Ohio T of C is the largest single day wrestling tournament in the world, this year there were 3373 wrestler's from 32 states entered.

A BIG congratulations goes out to Peter Tatanish for placing fifth in the Intermediate 70 lbs. division at the Middle Atlantic Wrestling Assocation (MAWA) Eastern Nationals on April 17 & 18 at the Penn State University in State College, Pa.

Congratulations to both Alex Wolfe and Peter Tatanish for advancing to the Middle Atlantic Wrestling Assocation (MAWA) Eastern Nationals to be held at Penn State University on April 17 & 18, to advance to the Eastern Nationals you had to place in the top 4 in your weight class at the MAWA Western Regional Championships at Shippensburg University on April 9. Peter placed second in the Intermediate 70 lbs. division while Alex finished third in the Bantam 52 lb. division.

On Saturday March 20 Peter Tatanish won the Intermediate 70 lbs. MAWA District Championship at Waynesboro High School in Waynesboro, Pa. which qualifies him for the MAWA West Regional Championships to be held at Shippensburg University on April 9 & 10. Alex Wolfe also competed in the Central York Wrestling Tournament in York, Pa. on March 20, Alex placed third in the Bantam 55 lb. division.

On Saturday March 13 Alex Wolfe won the Bantam 52 lbs. MAWA District Championship at Cumberland Valley High School in Mechanicsburg, Pa. which qualifies him for the MAWA West Regional Championships to be held at Shippensburg University on April 9 & 10. Peter Tatanish also won the 70 lb. 11 and 12 year old division at the West York Booster's Club Wrestling Tournament in York, Pa. on March 13, for his efforts Peter was also named Outstanding Wrestler! Congratulations to both wrestler's on a very good weekend.

Sunday March 7th marked the end of the Mason Dixon Wrestling League for 2004, with the League Championship Wrestling Tournament which was held at the Boonsboro High School in Boonsboro, Md. LUYAA Wrestling had 12 place winners in the Championships. Congratulations to all wrestler's who competed.

On Saturday March 6 Alex Wolfe competed in the Hanover Youth Wrestling Tournament in Hanover Pa. Alex finished second in the Bantam 55 lb. division.

On Sunday Feb. 29th the Mason Dixon League Qualifying Tournament was held at the Smithsburg High School in Smithsburg, Md. We advanced 23 wrestler's into the League Championship to be held on March 7. Congratulations to all wrestler's who competed.

Peter Tatanish won the 12 yr. old and under 75 lb. division at the Delmarva Classic Wrestling Tournament in Stevensville, Md. on Saturday Feb. 28.

Sunday Feb. 22 found Alex Wolfe and Peter Tatanish competing in the West Deptford, New Jersey Youth Wrestling Tournament. Alex finished third in the Bantam 53 lb. division, while Peter finished in second place in the Junior 75 lb. division.

On Saturday Feb. 21 the Mason Dixon League held the Second Annual "Weddy to Wessle" Tournament for the 5 year olds and under. Jeremiah Hillman and Jake Conners each won first place while Bryce Harrison claimed second in the divisions. Great job guys, we are very proud of you!

On Sunday Feb. 15 we had several wrestler's place at the Berkeley County Bears Wrestling Tournament in Hedgesville WVa. Alex Wolfe won the Bantam 55 lb. championship. Second place finisher's included Mason Mignogna in the Midget 85 lb weight class and Nick Conklin in the Intermediate 150 lb class. Josh Kraus Junior 60, Peter Tatanish Intermediate 75 & Lucas Pangburn Intermediate 107 all claimed thirds, while Bryce Harrison Bantam 40 and Nick Conklin Advanced 150 finished fourth.

Peter Tatanish travelled to Duncannon, Pa. to compete in the Susquenita Youth Wrestling Tournament on Sunday Feb. 8. Peter won the 11 & 12 yr. old 75 lb. division.

Alex Wolfe and Steven Edmands both placed third in their respective weight classes at the Wilcat Junior Mid Winter Classic in Williamsport, Md. on Sunday Feb 1. Alex competed in the 55 lb. 7 year old and under division, while Steven wrestled in the 125 lb. 14 year old and under division.

Peter Tatanish won the 12 yr. old and under 75 lb. division at the Portage Mustangs Wrestling Tournament in Portage, Pa. on Saturday Jan. 24.

On Saturday January 17, we had two wrestler's win championships at their respective weight classes in the Bel Air Super Tournament in Bel Air, Md. Alex Wolfe won the 55 lb. 7 yr. old and under division while Peter Tatanish won the 14 yr. old and under 75 lb. division.

Peter Tatanish travelled to Blackwood NJ on Sunday Jan. 4 to wrestle in the 31st Annual Jimmy Reese Memorial Wrestling Tournament at Highland High School. Peter won the 11-12 year old 75 lb. championship.

On Sunday December 28, 2003 we had three wrestler's place in the Ed Scott Classic in Walkersville Md. Sean Duval had a second place finish at Intermediate 130 while Josh Kraus, Midget 60 and Mason Mignognia, Midget 85 each placed third.

On Saturday December 27, 2003 we had eight wrestler's place in the Southwestern Stallions Novice Tournament in Hanvoer Pa. Jimmy Allen and Jake Harrison both won championships, Bryce Harrison, Casey Crowell, Mat Cox and Lucas Gallegos all placed second in their weight classes while James Mack and Scott Grant picked up third place finishes. Congratulations to all wrestler's for a great day of wrestling!

On December 20, 2003 Peter Tatanish travelled to Rogersville, Pa. to wrestle in the West Greene Pioneers Wrestling Tournament. Peter claimed the championship in the 11-12 year old 75 lb. weight class.

On Dec. 13 we also had wrestler's competing in the '03 MatBash held by the Damascus Sports Assoc. in Damascus Md. placing 14 wrestler's into the medal rounds.

On December 13, 2003 Peter Tatanish wrestled in the West Branch Holiday Wrestling Tournament in Allport Pa. Peter won the 11-12 year old 75 lb. championship bracket.
