William Q. Holyfield was born on March 24th, 1972 in Atlanta, Georgia. William is the nephew of the three time Heavyweight Champion of the World, Evander Holyfield. He made his professional debut on January 31st, 1998 in Des Moines, Iowa. He knocked out his opponent 20 seconds into the First Round.

William Holyfield started boxing at the age of seventeen through the Carter Morgan Boxing Club. Although boxing is his career, William's true desire is to help children. William Holyfield contributes his time to speaking with children at schools and churches in the Houston, Texas area. He also sees the need to volunteer his time to the local Boys and Girls Club of America. With a promising future ahead of him, William decided to start a Foundation that would concentrate on the empowerment of children everywhere.

Programs that teach kids how to defend themselves against the dangers you and I never had to face. Programs that show kids what it's really like to be addicted to drugs and other abusive substances.

I can tell you from personal experience that it's a wonderful feeling to be a part of something that's turning kids lives around daily. I want you to be able to share that terrific feeling along with me.

June 18th to July 20th, 1998 - Holyfield/Green Boxing Camp in Houston, Texas
The focus of the camp is to help young children keep a positive attitude while out of school. Children will be taught the art of boxing and will also be introduced to the various discipline it takes to achieve their goals.
