After downloading a file, unzip it (using pkunzip or winzip) and then rename the picture to whichever one you want to replace. For example, to use gazzacry.pcx instead of stadpic1.pcx, download gazzacry.zip. Unzip gazzacry.zip. Now rename the file gazzacry.pcx to stadpic1.pcx, and copy this file into your CM directory, overwriting the existing file.
