Paintball is the most exciting and challenging sport I have ever participated in. Not only is it a total body physical workout, it also has a great deal of mental depth to its strategies and coordination.
I see the sport evolving from woodland fields to more open fields for easy viewing. Sportsmanship has improved also. You see more players helping each other with equipment and field skills than before.

I see paintball as a sport as well as a mental challenge. The skills I learn from it will benefit me on the paintball field and in the corporate world.
Team members learn to be individuals and to be a part of the team. Without the contribution of each and everyone of us, the game would fall apart. There's a tight bond between all of us. We trust each other to see and communicate. The front players, especially, need such information to stay alive and fire that crucial shot so that the team can advance.
As a new team entering the paintball scene, we need to stress practices and drills. It is important to respect each player's strengths and weaknesses. Through practice, we learn to best utilize each player's abilities to make the team stronger. It is also intended to build stamina and endurance.
