Welcome to Taijiquan (Tai Chi) Rukun Tetangga! We are a non-profit government sponsored institution located in Penang, Malaysia. Our function is to promote the teachings of taijiquan for the benfit of all taijiquan enthusiasts worldwide. Our students are very diverse; all from different countries, ages, cultural, ethnic, religious, and socio-economic backgrounds. We hope that this website will serve the global community by providing online taijiquan teaching free of charge.
