We are an informal group of mountain trail runners. Regular runs are on Saturdays at 8:30 AM at various locations in the Evergreen Colorado area. Most runs are between 5 and 8 miles. Often we go out for coffee afterwards. "Members" are of varying abilities, ranging from sub 6 minute mile pace to 10 or more minutes per mile. Typically we start out together and break up as the faster runners go out front. While individuals may compete with one another, this is generally a noncompetitive group who share a common interest.
No Dues, no T-shirts, no cutesy finisher's ribbons!
